Did you know that Housing has a Student Accounts Specialist who can explain your housing charges, payments plans, and how financial aid works with your housing costs?
Why do I see all the housing charges when I am on a monthly plan?
Your housing charges are posted to your account at one time, however, the due dates are different and will only show you the amount that is currently due.
Can I make a payment before my charges show on my account?
Yes! You should use the “Housing payment for future charges” item in your payment portal.
Should I wait for my financial aid to pay before I pay my out-of-pocket amount?
If you know how much your out-of-pocket amount is, then you don’t have to wait! You can start making those payments anytime.
If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to contact Dani via email at drankin1@csustan.edu. You can also set up an in-person or Zoom appointment with through Warrior Connect.
