We often think of our bodies and emotions as separate entities, but they are strongly linked together. Have you ever had "butterflies in your stomach" when you were nervous? Or tense muscles when you were stressed? In this class, we will use the stretching, breathing, and movement of yoga to increase our ability to relax our minds, bodies, and emotions. Let's Zen! No experience needed and yoga mats will be provided.
