Our mission is to unite Latino pre-medical and pre-health students, provide valuable resources and mentorship, and empower them with the guidance they need to navigate the journey into healthcare professions. While our mission focuses on serving marginalized groups, the club is open to all students who are passionate about diversity and representation in healthcare.
Our club will support academic, professional, and personal growth. Members gain access to skill-development sessions and mentorship opportunities from experienced peers, alumni, and healthcare professionals who share a similar cultural background. The club also provides resources such as study guides, networking opportunities with faculty and connections to internships, job leads, and shadowing experiences. Beyond academics, the club fosters a strong sense of community by celebrating cultural identity, creating a supportive environment where members can build lifelong friendships. Leadership roles within the club allow members to hone their confidence, public speaking, and teamwork skills, while advocacy initiatives enable them to contribute to greater diversity and representation in healthcare.
