About Us

We are a dedicated collective of individuals committed to advocating for education over incarceration. Our primary mission is to ensure better lives for those who have been incarcerated and their loved ones who are impacted by the criminal justice system. We understand that numerous factors influence an individual's likelihood of being incarcerated, and we aim to address these complexities through our club. Our discussions will cover a wide range of crucial topics, including: The Criminal Justice System: Exploring its structure, policies, and the ways it affects communities. Reducing Recidivism Rates: Strategies and programs that help prevent re-offending and support reintegration into society. Education Reform: How education can serve as a preventive measure against incarceration and a tool for empowerment Law and the Legal System: Understanding the laws, legal processes, and advocating for legal reforms. Substance Abuse and Recovery: Addressing the role of addiction in incarceration and supporting recovery initiatives. Mental Health: Recognizing and addressing mental health issues that often intertwine with the justice system. Economics: Examining the economic factors that contribute to incarceration and how economic stability can reduce crime rates. Destigmatizing Jails and Prisons: Challenging the stereotypes and misconceptions about incarcerated individuals and facilities. Reform: Advocating for comprehensive changes to improve the criminal justice system. If you are passionate about any of these topics and are looking to connect with like-minded individuals who share your interests, this club might be the perfect fit for you. Join us in our mission to create a more just and educated society, where every individual has the opportunity to thrive.
