The fee will be applied to your student account and is due by the census date. The NSO fee is a standard fee for all new students, and participation in NSO is included as part of your Warrior experience. Get ready to kick off your Warrior journey! New Student Orientation (NSO) is your official launch into life at Stan State. At NSO, you’ll meet new friends, discover resources that will help you thrive, uncover new opportunities and start shaping your goals for the years ahead.

Whether you’re a first-year student or transferring in, NSO is your chance to explore campus life, connect with people who will support you and learn what it takes to be a successful Warrior. It’s the best way to start strong, feel confident and get excited for everything ahead.

Family and supporters are also encouraged to attend NSO! Registered guests will attend Supporters Orientation. Supporters Orientation is a separate orientation from the student program; this program provides orientation regarding student life and how loved ones can play a critical role in student success.

Students may register up to two guests via their NSO registration.
