Did you know that Housing has a Student Accounts Specialist who can explain your housing charges, payments plans, and how financial aid works with your housing costs?
When will my Spring charges show up?
The Spring 2024 housing charges will be posted to your account around December 19th.
Can I still change to a monthly payment plan?
Yes! You will need to complete the Payment Plan Change Request Form on the Forms & Policies page of the Housing website. If you complete the form by December 15th the transition from your current plan to a monthly plan will be seamless.
What if I have financial aid that covers some of my housing, how do I know how much I need to pay?
Email our Student Accounts Specialist Dani at drankin1@csustan.edu and she will prepare a Spring 2024 estimated cost breakdown for you.
Why do I see all the housing charges when I am on a monthly plan?
Your housing charges are posted to your account at one time, however, the due dates are different and will only show you the amount that is currently due.
Can I make a payment before my charges show on my account?
Yes! You should use the “Housing payment for future charges” item in your payment portal.
Should I wait for my financial aid to pay before I pay my out-of-pocket amount?
If you know how much your out-of-pocket amount is, then you don’t have to wait! You can start making those payments anytime.
If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to contact Dani via email at drankin1@csustan.edu. You can also set up an in-person or Zoom appointment with me through Warrior Connect.
