In alignment with the Stanislaus State's commitment to welcome our diverse population, our work group is committed to recognizing and celebrating Stanislaus State's population of 1st generation students. This celebration is in collaboration with the National First-Generation College Celebration held annually on November 8. The whole campus community is invited to this free event, and is organized by Housing and Residential Life, Career and Professional Development Center, TRiO Student Support Services, EOP (Educational Opportunity Program), the University Library, the Academic Success Center, and First-Gen Fridays.

Thank you to our amazing and generous sponsors for supporting activities for first-generation college students: Warrior Eats, Black Faculty and Staff Association, Tri Alpha, Chicanx Latinx Faculty and Staff Association, Office of Inclusive Excellence, Student Affairs, and the First-Gen Programming Foundation.
