The ESA seeks to connect economically curious students who want to know more about the financial markets, from stocks to inflation. We seek to engage in light hearted debate and overall are seeking to have a fun time while learning more about the complex financial world we live in.
The Economic Student Association allows students to gain a deeper understanding in the different topics covered under economics. Through seeking this understanding and participating in events this allows students to have one on one connections with faculty from the Economics department which comes in handy later in life with letters of recommendation. Not only this but there are also opportunities to connect with former economic student alumni which can build connections and lead to a future job in either the public or private sector.
