Lavender Graduation

The Lavender Graduate Celebration is a vibrant and inclusive ceremony honoring the achievements of Stan State’s graduating LGBTQ+ students. This special event recognizes the resilience, strength, and contributions of students who have embraced their identities while excelling academically. Open to both undergraduate and graduate students, the Lavender Graduate Celebration provides an affirming space for graduates to celebrate alongside their families, friends and allies. Participants will receive a commemorative stole as a symbol of their accomplishments and pride. Join us in celebrating the diverse journeys and successes of our LGBTQ+ graduates!

Check-in time begins at 5:30 p.m. in-person at the Event Center.

All registrations must be made in advance. Registration will be required for the day of attendance. Participation in Graduate Celebrations are separate from the Class of 2025 Commencement Ceremonies.
