New Student Orientation | Turlock

Get ready to kick off your Warrior journey! New Student Orientation (NSO) is your official launch into life at Stan State. At NSO, you’ll meet new friends, discover resources that will help you thrive, uncover new opportunities and start shaping your goals for the years ahead.

Whether you’re a first-year student or transferring in, NSO is your chance to explore campus life, connect with people who will support you, and learn what it takes to be a successful Warrior. It’s the best way to start strong, feel confident and get excited for everything that’s coming ahead. NSO is a required event for all new students.

Family and Supporters are also encouraged to attend NSO! Registered guests will attend Supporters Orientation. Supporters Orientation is a separate orientation from the student program; this program provides orientation regarding student life and how loved ones can play a critical role in student success.

All registered guests will attend this separate orientation. Students may register up to three guests via their NSO registration.
