Dear RSO Presidents and Advisors,


If you currently have a booth on campus, it will need to be removed prior to the start of finals, Thursday, December 12. The map included below will direct you to the specific location to enter and exit campus. DO NOT DRIVE ON THE BRICKS IN THE QUAD.

If you are looking to have a booth on campus for SPRING 2025:

  • Complete the Booth Lottery Contract included in this email and then join us for the event January 15th 1:30-2:30pm. You can RSVP on WarriorLife.
 If your organization’s President has changed or will change before January 15, please submit a new contract.
