At this retreat, fraternity and sorority members will learn effective recruitment practices to identify potential new members, develop engaging communication skills, develop strategies to promote your organization, explore effective retention strategies to engage and support current members, and learn to utilize feedback mechanisms to improve and adapt practices for future recruitment cycles.

I'm currently an Growth Consultant who has enjoyed finding a balance between traveling and remote work. Located in Orange County, CA I find joy in supplementing my work with trips to Disneyland or the beach to better fill my own bucket in order to pour more into my work.
